Fix: delete cache
For Drive File Stream:
- Click on the Drive File Stream icon in your task-bar.
- Sign out from here and click on the same icon again then click on ‘Quit’.
- Uninstall Drive File Stream.
- Locate the app cache located at:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/DriveFS
- Delete the Drive FS folder entirely.
- Reinstall Drive File Stream.
For Backup and Sync:
- Stop the Google Backup and Sync.
- Delete the cloud_graph folder.
On windows: %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Google\Drive\cloud_graph
On OSX: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Drive/cloud_graph
- Restart the Google Backup and Sync.
